🌿Are the jewels handmade?
YES, I am the artisan and creator of Elirisea. I make and design all my jewelry from sketch to final result.
🌿 Are the jewels available in limited quantities?
YES, my creations are unique or made in very limited editions.
If you fall in love with one of my creations, I invite you to order it so you don't miss out.
🌿Are the wings fragile?
NO, I create UV and scratch-resistant and flexible wings.
I make them with non-toxic, acid-free resins (sourced from France), pigments, and paints.
🌿What are the wing materials?
I make them with non-toxic, acid-free resins (from France), pigments and paints.
🌿What materials are the beads and rhinestones on the wings made of?
I use crystal or stone beads and rhinestones.
The phosphorescent beads are made of glass.
🌿Are the jewels hypoallergenic?
YES, I work with 316L hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel (the best in jewelry!) for earring clasps and chains.
I test my creations because I am allergic to everything except gold and surgical steel. This alloy requires NO MAINTENANCE! 😉

🌿 Is it possible to change the earring clasps?
YES, I can change the fasteners for almost all earrings:

🌿Clip-ons with adjustable screws (adapt to the thickness of your earlobes)

🌿Are the bracelets, necklaces, and tiaras adjustable?
YES, it is possible to adjust the sizes and lengths of bracelets and necklaces using the extension chain.
For tiaras, the metal base is flexible and can therefore conform to your head.
🌿 What are the care instructions?
- It is perfectly normal for a piece of jewelry worn daily to show signs of wear, regardless of its composition.
- The chains and earring clasps are made of surgical steel. This alloy is stainless and hypoallergenic. It requires no maintenance.
- However, as you know, my wings are not made of surgical steel. They are flexible and require your attention.
- Stones are fragile and can deteriorate over time in contact with chemical products such as perfumes, colognes, chlorine... or with high skin acidity.
🌿Jewelry:
- must not come into contact with water or chemical products, and must not be stored in a damp place.
- use a cluster of quartz, a flower of life, or incense to recharge and purify the stones.
- must be removed when washing, exercising, and sleeping.
- must be stored carefully.
(for example: do not throw them haphazardly into a bag with the rest of your belongings.)
- Must not be within reach of children and animals.

🌿Why did Melledenevers become Elirisea?
I chose to follow the thread of my imagination, letting it guide me. Elirisea aligns much better with my enchanted world.
The adventure of creation is an infinite quest, made of explorations, discoveries, and above all, evolution.
This new name is an acknowledgment that my art should not be confined, and that it is destined to grow, to be enriched by new inspirations and new magic.

🌿Iris (irisea) is a divine messenger, a symbol of passage between worlds. Iris represents the rainbow that comes to earth to deliver a message to humans.
Elirisea is a registered trademark with the Intellectual Property Office.
Shipping and Payment
🌿What are the available delivery methods?
🌿For Switzerland:
- FREE standard letter
- registered letter (with tracking and signature): 5.90 CHF
- PostPac Economy (parcel with tracking): 6.90 CHF
🌿For France:
- FREE tracked letter
🌿For international:
- international tracked letter (excluding France and Switzerland): 3.90-
🌿 How long does it take for my order to be ready?
I do my best to prepare your orders as quickly as possible.
🌿For Switzerland, I ship your order within 2 business days.
🌿For France, between 4 business days and 1 week.
🌿For international orders, between 4 business days and 2 weeks.
🌿How are orders packaged?
All orders are packaged in gift wrapping:
either a jewelry box or an organza pouch (depending on the size and fragility of the jewelry).
There is of course bubble wrap or craft paper.
🌿Are there any customs fees?
🌿 For Switzerland, France, and other European Union countries, there are no customs fees.
🌿 For countries outside of Europe, customs fees may apply.
🌿 Where can I track my order?
If you have chosen tracked delivery, you will find all this information in the "delivery" link that I sent you by email and which is also in your profile.
🌿What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are:

Payments are 100% secure
🌿Is it possible to change, cancel, or return my order?
As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel or modify your order by sending an email to contact@elirisea.ch or via the withdrawal form:
If the order you received is not suitable, you can return it in its original, unworn packaging within 14 days. (this period is extended during the holidays: from the release of the winter collection in November until January 31 of the following year).
The request is made via your customer account. If necessary, you can also contact me at contact@elirisea.ch

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part or a defective product.
If everything is in order upon receipt, I will proceed with a refund for your order or an exchange if that is what you wish.
In case of a refund request, only the amount of the products will be refunded. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
